A Boulangerie Created by a Patissier
A fragrant smell wafts through the air as freshly baked loaves of bread are taken out of the oven one after another, wrapped in newspaper, and handed to each customer with a "thank you" and a smile. With this shop, I set out to create the "live" atmosphere of a street-corner bakery in New York City.
The Togo mark on the chef's hat is an icon of pride in the world of the patissier. Here, you can try melon bread, cream bread, sandwiches, and Danish rolls based on the unique concepts of a patissier. Enjoy a baguette, levain, campagne or croissant at this Koyama-style boulangerie, where you'll encounter the charms of bread unlike anywhere else.
